When you use any of the Services offered by balancedworklife.com, we may ask for your name, email address, phone number (optional), location, your goal for hiring a coach, and any additional details that pertain to your request for a coach for yourself or other members of your organization. After submitting your request, we contact you to collect more information about your coaching needs and periodically follow-up with you to ensure that we have delivered a high-quality service. In all cases, BWLC stores personal information to track the success of our services.

Testimonials

From time to time, we post testimonials on our Website. We receive permission to post testimonials that include personally identifiable information prior to posting. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at info@balancedworklife.com.

Service Providers

We use third parties to provide various services on our behalf such as email service provider, customer relationship management (CRM) software, an assessment service provider and a credit card processor. When you sign up to receive our newsletter your email is stored in our CRM software.
